How to choose Shanghai Caison CTH series and 8 series water based fluorescent pigment paste
Because of the bright colors, fluorescent pigment paste is always used by so many clients. The clients often choose fluorescent pigment paste to be used in sports apparel, and some for coloring of Children's clothing. Generally, the regular pigment paste manufacturer can provide following 9 colors in fluorescent pigment paste:
Fluorescent Lemon yellow, Fluorescent Golden yellow, fluorescent Orange yellow,
Fluorescent Orange red, Fluorescent Cerise red, Fluorescent Red violet,
Fluorescent Violet, Fluorescent Blue, Fluorescent Green.
Shanghai Caison has 39 types fluorescent pigment paste in water based pigment paste, can be divided into 4 categories according to the performance:
The first category: CTH series eco-friendly fluorescent pigment paste, 9 colors; dry-rubbing resistance is grade 4, hot pressing fastness is grade 3-4, soap washing fastness is grade 1-2;
The second category: CTH (B) series eco-friendly fluorescent pigment paste, 6 colors; washing fastness is grade 4-5 in the national standard;
The third category: CTH(C) series eco-friendly fluorescent pigment paste, 10 colors; light fastness is grade 3 in the national standard;
The fourth category: CD series eco-friendly cationic fluorescent pigment paste, 6 colors;
The fifth category: 8 series general fluorescent pigment paste, 8 colors; good hot pressing resistance, but they are produced with fluorescent pigments covered by formaldehyde resin, so don't recommended to be used in the textile that contacts the skin directly.
Shanghai Caison CTH series and CD series fluorescent pigment color paste are all water based pigment paste. The environmental standard can reach EU Textile Ecological and Environmental Protection OEKO-TEX100 Standards if clients use 10% adding amount of fluorescent pigment paste. |
